Admin Panel Specification

Features and usage flow of the merchant web admin panel

1. Overview

  • Merchants can check payment transactions, manage sales, review reports, and configure notifications from a dedicated web admin panel.

2. Features

2.1. Login & security

  • Login with email + password

    Note: To change your password, please contact support.

2.2. Transaction management

  • Transaction list (search, filter, export)
  • Transaction detail view
  • Status check (success / failure / refunded, etc.)
  • Refund processing

2.3. Sales management

  • Daily, monthly, and period aggregation
  • Filter and sort
  • CSV download

2.4. Reports & statements

  • Automatic monthly report generation (PDF)
  • Sales and payment reports delivered by email

2.5. Notification & Webhook settings

  • Toggle notification emails on/off and set the recipient address
  • Configure the Webhook URL and regenerate the secret
  • Regenerate the API access token

2.6. Profile & merchant information

  • View and edit merchant information
    • Company name, contact, notification settings, etc.
  • View API and Webhook information

4. Usage flow

  1. The merchant logs in to the admin panel
  2. Checks transaction status and sales daily
  3. Processes refunds or exports CSV as needed
  4. Reviews and downloads the automatically generated monthly sales report at month-end
  5. Updates and manages notification recipients and Webhook information
