What is DEPOT?
DEPOT is a prepaid e-money that can be purchased via Pay-easy.
DEPOT e-money can be used across merchant services.
What is Pay-easy?
Pay-easy is a public electronic payment service that lets you pay taxes and various bills through financial institution ATMs and internet banking.
Banks nationwide, Japan Post Bank, and some credit unions support it. Payments are available 24/7, 365 days a year, with no need to visit a convenience store or counter.

What kind of solution does it provide?
- Smooth bank payments by going through Pay-easy
- Removes the screening and restriction bottlenecks in money movement
- Confirm bank deposits without logging in to online banking
3. Use cases
Users who already own DEPOT
- Go from the merchant service to the DEPOT payment page
- Enter the 16-digit prepaid number
- After payment completes, funds are reflected to the merchant
- Return to the merchant service
Users who do not yet own DEPOT
- Go from the merchant service to the DEPOT payment page
- The user purchases DEPOT on a sales site called "PreBox"
- How to purchase on PreBox is guided on-screen during payment
- The user completes a Pay-easy payment within PreBox
- The user returns to the DEPOT payment page
- Enter the 16-digit prepaid number
- After payment completes, funds are reflected to the merchant
This flow completes payment safely and efficiently.

About purchase amounts
- Purchases are made at the fixed prices above; fractional amounts cannot be purchased (e.g., purchasing DEPOT for 3,620 JPY).
- A Pay-easy base fee is added to the amount the user pays.
Pay-easy base fee (paid by the user)
- DEPOT purchase under 50,000 JPY: 300 JPY
- DEPOT purchase of 50,000 JPY or more: 500 JPY (including stamp duty)
Users pay with the Pay-easy base fee added. Note: Merchants are not charged the Pay-easy base fee.
5. Notes when using DEPOT
- Prepaid e-money has a validity period of 150 days. We recommend using it within 150 days.
- Balances of multiple prepaid e-money cannot be combined.

About combining balances
If one person holds two or more prepaid numbers, balances cannot be merged, so please use each balance separately.

6. PoiTouch pricing
- DEPOT payment fee: 8% + 10 JPY (per transaction)
A simple and transparent fee model.
The fee is charged when the user pays with DEPOT. No payment fee is charged when purchasing DEPOT.
Payment is due on the 15th of the second month following the month-end closing.
